Meet Our Executive Team

Tom Huddleston
President & COO

As President, Tom works with Allpointe’s management team to set the strategic direction of the brokerage, solidify key vendor and client partnerships, and provide overall management of the day-to-day operations of the company.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tom has brought extensive knowledge of cash management operations, support services and product management to Allpointe. He gained experience in the creation of vendor management captives for lending institutions through my work as a senior manager of Consumer Lending for Pittsburgh-based Mellon Financial, as well as serving as an executive in the real estate settlement services industry for five years.

Tom is a certified cash manager, was on the faculty of the BAI School of Banking for six years, a former member of the Board of Directors for the National Home Equity Association, a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, a member of the Title and Vendor Management Association, and a volunteer for a number of local Pittsburgh Charities.

Ron Flickstein
Sales Director, National Broker Program

Ron originated from New York and spent most of his life in Florida before relocating to Pittsburgh, PA in 2005.

He spent seven years heavily involved in the Health and Fitness industry by running health clubs for Bally Health and Tennis Corporation. Shortly after retiring from the industry, he opened an ADT Home Security branch. Within two years, he expanded the business into the fourth largest ADT authorized dealer in the nation, with five offices in Florida and over 200 employees. Now, as a Sales Director for Allpointe Mortgage, he oversees all of the sales company-wide.

Tom Shulsky
Director of Sales

As Director of Sales, Tom assists in providing a beneficial loan program for prospective borrowers to ensure the customers’ complete satisfaction.

Tom has been involved in the financial services industry for over six years. He has also attained a finance degree, and has past experience working as a loan officer for Conseco Finance, where he became one of the top loan producers in the Pittsburgh office.
